About MNDR Legal
Mario Noel D Rozario, acquired his LL.B Degree over a decade ago, followed by a Masters in Law(LL.M) with specialization in Corporate and Securities Law. He also holds a degree in Bachelor of Business Management (B.B.M) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Crime and Cyber Forensics from the National Law School of India, University( NLSIU) Bangalore.
After, briefly learning and experiencing the nuances and court craft with a few senior and celebrated experts in the legal profession, started his own practice with his full-service law firm M/s MNDR Legal, and advises clients on Civil, Criminal, and Corporate Law in addition to regularly appearing before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, Trial Courts, Tribunals, Authorities, Consumer Commission in Karnataka and also before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on behalf of his clients.
The firm also takes care of Contract Management, Family Matters, and Real Estate mandates for a large client base comprising Individuals, Proprietors, Firms, and Companies.
One of our clients terminated an employee for bad performance for which he field a frivolous police complaint stating harassment in one of the Bangalore police station. Expressing my gratitude for Mario D'Rozario - a client from Bangalore was sued for trademark infringement before Bangalore district court. I asked Mario to appear at the last hour and he obliged. We had discussions with the lawyers of the Plantiff( a reputed law firm from Bangalore) and ensured that the matter was settled before the next hearing. Today, Mario got the suit decreed in terms of the settlement. He ensured that all documentation was in place and co-ordinated with the Plantiff's lawyers who were acting funny. One of Client were facing issue where an employee who was pregnant and had been hired recently was not coming to work and harassing the senior staff. The employee after missing work started making self harm and suicide threat to the company stating that they should continue releasing the salary and provide her with maternity benefits. The company wanted to register an NCR in local police station for the actions of the employee. The local police station was not registering the NCR against the employee. We engaged Mario for registering the NCR. He and his team went, liaised with police, and got the NCR registered. Client was very pleased with the swift action. Kudos to him.
